G2 Esports Head Coach Luka 'Perkz' Perković has denied supporting Andrew and Tristan Tate, in a long personal statement posted on X (formerly Twitter) on November 4th.

Perković said he had been "quite shocked" after returning to the platform following years away from social media, and called the post his "first and last honest post in last decade." He wrote that liking "literally a few tate memes" around 2022, when likes on the platform were still public, had grown into what he called "insanely fake narratives and storylines" about him as a person.
